Our coaches are subject to continuous training and professional development to build strong, supportive relationships within any school community.
We provide a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils and develop and encourage positive outcomes for all children and their experiences of physical education. We have consistent and fair approach that relies on a mutual respect and offers models of behaviour to our young participants. We have high expectations of all children taught, no matter their starting points. We have always strived to broaden children’s minds, experiences and knowledge through sport and give them alternatives to consider in their future.
Badu Sports’ staff adhere to company values to give the children the best experience they all deserve and ensure that the company promise is delivered. Badu Sports carry out all the required employment checks for staff as they visit Leisure centres, nurseries, schools, colleges and have unsupervised contact with vulnerable persons as part of their role. This includes appropriate employment checks and an enhanced disclosure and barring service disclosure (DBS). Badu Sports employees work to government legislation and statutory guidance, which is based on the Department for Education’s Safeguarding children and safer recruitment in education.
