During the Easter holidays we went on our annual trip to Devon. This trip gives children from schools we work in an opportunity to the visit Devon for the week where they take part in several activities. Some of the activities involve ab-sailing, kayaking, coasteering (one of our favourites), caving, wall climbing and many more.
This experience gives a lot of the children an opportunity to conquer certain fares, try new experiences and also learn vital life skills. One of our main rules we install within the children is they must tidy their own dormitories by helping each other and respect the space they’re living in.
This trip has been a successful experience for both us and the children and would like to thank the Jamie Procter foundation (www.jamieproctersfoundation.org) for giving us and the children this great opportunity.
